Friends witness 16-year-old boys death after being knocked down by a bus and becoming trapped underneath it in Four Oaks.
The incident happened in Lichfield Road, Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, at around 2210 BST on Saturday.
The boy has been named as Michael Doyle Its believed he was running alongside the bus in an attempt to catch it when he fell and became trapped underneath. Michael had to be freed from underneath the vehicle before paramedics could begin giving treatment.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said he was then given resuscitation but was confirmed dead at the scene.
